Estate Planning and Estate & Trust Administration

Ms. Aldrich joined Campbell Hornbeck in 1992 and concentrates her entire practice on estate planning, trust formation and administration, and estate administration. Prior to entering private practice she spent seven years at the Huntington National Bank as Trust Counsel for the Estate Planning and Personal Trust Administration Department, and has over 20 years experience in this field.

Ms. Aldrich steers her clients through all aspects of estate planning to accomplish their goals, including drafting all appropriate legal documents and structuring their financial assets to reduce transfer taxes and probate costs. Her experience includes working with modest, as well as multi-million dollar, estates. She also advises clients who are dealing with the death of a loved one, helping them navigate the estate administration process, including all necessary filings with the local probate court, preparing and filing required tax returns, representing the estate in estate tax return audits, and transferring all assets and property of the decedent to the proper beneficiary.

Ms. Aldrich has lectured extensively to community organizations on various topics related to estate planning and estate & trust administration. She has been a guest lecturer for Continuing Legal Education seminars for the Columbus Bar Association and various districts of the Ohio State Bar Association, Columbus State Community College, ALS (Lou Gehrig's disease) support groups, and the Worthington Estate Planning Council.
