Dave concentrates his practice in the representation of business organizations and their operation including asset and stock sales. In addition he handles acquisitions, employment law, estate administration, and commercial and residential real property matters including real property taxation. Dave has extensive experience in the formation and operation of nonprofit tax exempt organizations. His experience in this area includes formation, exempt status application, governance, membership, parent-chapter relations, certification, contracts and UBIT.

Dave and his wife are 35-year members of St. Andrew Presbyterian Church where Dave has served as president of the corporation, a member of session and as its legal counsel.

Dave received his Bachelor of Arts degree in history/political science from Ohio Wesleyan University. While an undergraduate, Dave was a member and officer of Phi Delta Theta fraternity, and was named to the 1961 All America Methodist College Football Team at quarterback. Following college, Dave served in the United States Air Force Security Service in Crete, Greece. Dave then received his Juris Doctor from The Ohio State University. Dave is a member of the Columbus and Ohio State Bar Associations.
