seven years at the Huntington Trust Company as Trust Counsel for the Estate Planning and Personal Trust Administration department. Since joining the firm she has continued to concentrate her practice on estate planning and administration, trust and probate administration. Misty advises her clients on all aspects of estate planning, which include, the drafting of all appropriate legal documents and structuring their financial planning to reduce transfer taxes and probate costs.

Misty is a member of the American, Ohio and Columbus Bar Associations. She is a member of the Estate and Gift Tax and Probate Committees of the Columbus Bar Association. She has lectured extensively to community organizations on various topics related to her specialty. She has been a guest lecturer for Continuing Legal Education seminars for the Columbus Bar Association and various districts of the Ohio State Bar Association, Columbus State Community College and the Worthington Estate Planning Council.

She served as President of the Board of Trustees for the Columbus Montessori Education Center, a nonprofit organization promoting quality early childhood education. Misty is presently serving on the Board of Governors of the Bexley Education Foundation.
